The Audio-Technica System 10 PRO builds on the winning System 10 formula, placing it in a format better suited to professional users and larger applications.
System 10 uses 2.4 GHz wireless technology to avoid TV interference which often plagues traditional wireless systems. Three types of diversity assurance (providing two copies of the signal so one can act as a 'back up' if required) and 'channel hoping' are utilized by the System 10, ensuring signal integrity is preserved throughout any performance.
The System 10 PRO expands on this technology, providing two receiver units in a half-rack chassis so multiple systems can be run alongside each other for large performances. In addition, each receiver has a detachable module which can be mounted nearer to where the wireless microphones are in use, providing increased signal strength. The modules can be taped to a flat surface or even mounted on a microphone stand.
A total of five System 10 PROs (10 receivers) can be linked with a RJ12 cable, allowing each unit to communicate and automatically set up the best wireless configuration for performance and reliability.
The ATW-1322 configuration includes two System 10 handheld microphones.
