In the event of failure or unsuitability of any item purchased the following will apply:
Items defective on arrival (DOA): If an item proves to be faulty on delivery or within 30 days of delivery we will either send a replacement within two working days (if in stock) or provide a refund upon receiving the defective item. We will arrange collection of the defective item at our cost.
Items defective within 6 months of purchase: Items faulty within 6 months of purchase will be collected at our cost and repaired or replaced. We will endeavour to carry out the repair within ten working days, at the discretion of ourselves or the manufacturer.
Items defective within warranty period: If an item proves to be faulty after 6 months, you are responsible for returning the item to us. We will repair or replace at our discretion, and aim to return to you within ten working days.
Items returned under fourteen-day satisfaction guarantee: Items purchased in error, or found to be unsuitable may be returned within fourteen days of delivery for credit or refund, provided they are returned in 'as new' condition, complete and with original packaging. You are responsible for the cost of return carriage.”
If you are unable to send any item back to us, we can collect for a nominal charge of £15 per box for items weighing less than 30Kg. Items weighing more than 30Kg maybe subject to a surcharge as imposed on us by our couriers
For any of the above circumstances, our returns form must be completed and a returns authorisation number issued before we can proceed. Once a returns authorisation number has been issued, the item must be returned to us within 30 days or the return authorisation will no longer be valid and a new returns request will need to be raised by the customer.
If we have collected any item which proves not to be faulty, the customer shall be liable to pay for the collection at £15 per box, and delivery (of any replacement) at £6.95. These charges must be settled before a refund is issued or goods are returned to the customer.
If we have arranged a collection from a customer, and the customer is not present on the agreed day, the responsibility for the returning the goods falls back to the customer.
We are unable to take responsibility for transit damage that occurs to any returned goods due to insufficient packaging being provided. We advise items are returned in their original packaging, or otherwise a sturdy, well-padded box
